Dena Sher Interview

Dr. Bruce Prescott 3-2-08 "Religious Talk" radio interview with Dena Sher, State Legislative Counsel for Americans United for Separation of Church and State.  We talk about the so-called "Religious Viewpoints Anti-Discrimination Act" that was adopted as 2007 Texas House Bill 3678 last year.  Last week an identical bill passed the House Education Committee in Oklahoma as the 2008 Oklahoma House Bill 2211.  This legislation would more aptly be labelled "An Act Securing a Captive Audience for Public School Prayers and Devotions."
