We discuss the U.S. Supreme Court's recent decision in the Pleasant Grove City, Utah v. Summum decision. That decision declared that all monuments on government property represent government speech. We also discuss the relevance of this decision to the pending case before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals regarding the Ten Commandments monument on the courthouse lawn in Haskell County Oklahoma.
